Apex Golf Solutions
offers a full service program to ensure the success of your
golf event, whether it is a corporate event or an event for a
non-profit organization. We can manage your entire event
or provide consulting services prior to the event, the day of
the event, and/or post event. Listed below are the major
services we offer for local or Nationwide events.
Apex Golf Solutions will save the tournament director time and
money while providing the comfort of knowing your event will
be coordinated by our professional staff.
Day of Event
Logistics (available in the Double
Eagle, Eagle and Par packages)
Apex Golf Solutions will arrive
at the golf course long before your tournament begins to
insure everything is ready. From sponsor signs to food and
beverage to cart assignments, Apex Golf Solutions will have
your event ready to go. Let us worry about the details so you
can interact with your guests.
We will be
on-site to:
- Meet and
greet the tournament director to review the event schedule
- Review function list with golf course staff to finalize
preparations
- Organize and supervise all participant logistics
- Set up computer
equipment, including printers, projector and screen
- Handle all on-course preparations including placement of
sponsor and contest signs, etc.
- Set up player registration area
- Help tournament director package and distribute participant gift packages and contest
prizes
- Coordinate food and beverage preparation and distribution
- Make appropriate tournament announcements
- Set up awards presentation area
- Score the tournament and prepare list of tournament and
contest winners
Electronic
Scoreboard (available in the Double
Eagle and Eagle packages)
Are you looking to elevate your existing tournament to a
new level? Apex Golf Solutions provides electronic
leaderboards for use at tournaments/outings to provide
enhanced sponsorship signage and to create a focal point at
your event. Players will remember your outing because
they felt like a PGA Tour player with their name on the
board. Sponsors will recognize the increased exposure
and the tournament sponsorship packages become more valuable.
Custom Printed
Material (available in all packages)
We design the Tournament Materials
to enhance your golf tournament by giving it a Professional
Look while at the same time providing added exposure to your
Tournament or Presenting Sponsor.
Hole in One
Insurance (available in the Double
Eagle, Eagle, Birdie and Palmer packages)

insurance policies for these events, completely
underwritten and insured for up to one million
dollars. Select any main prize you wish to insure
like a new car or fantasy golf vacation and we will
secure an insurance policy equal to the prize value.
